  • Evaluated gaps in time-allocation policies, internal funding mechanisms, mentorship structures, and commercialization guidance.
  • Authored a strategic report outlining actionable recommendations to strengthen UTEP’s faculty spin-off pipeline, including policy flexibility, seed funding models, mentorship networks, and investor engagement pathways.
